The heat of Easter and the hot weather that preceded it is of course due to southern air circulation. It still persists in our part of Europe. It will also be similar at the beginning of the week, when they are west of Poland and WZZY in the east of the continent.
However, it is worth paying attention to another boom from the center of Scandinavia, because he will gradually strengthen and grow. The cold air masses from the north to Sweden and Norway are already pushing, and soon our part of Europe will also cover with its impact (see map).

Long -term forecast. Weather for 16 days
On the second day of Christmas and on Tuesday it will be very warm for April, because in places on thermometers we will see 23 degrees Celsius. From Wednesday, however, the temperature will be systematically lowering and at the end of the week in the north of Poland it will be only 9-10 degrees, and in the west no more than 14-15 (at night frosts are possible).
Later, i.e. just before the picnic, the temperature will rise a little and usually 12 to 17 degrees. Not much more on thermometers, from 13-14 degrees in the north to 17-18 in the west and south during the long weekend.
