The balance of fatalities of the Tornado series, which passed over the United States, increased to at least 39. The strongest trumpet, observed in Arkansas, was accompanied by gusts over 300 kilometers per hour. Residents of the affected areas began a difficult cleaning process after storms.
At the weekend over the Central and Eastern United States, intensive ones have passed storms. Dangerous weather conditions prevailed in a huge area from Texas to the east coast. Tornado was the greatest threat. About 80 entries about their speech were submitted to the National Meteorological Service (NWS), and so far 27 air trumpets have been confirmed.
The CNN portal provided on Monday information about 39 fatalities in seven states. Most deaths were recorded in Missouri, where the death of 12 people was confirmed. Previously, the balance of victims was 34.

Strong gusts were accompanied by heavy rainfall. He fell most in Tennessee, where during the weekend the sum of rainfall amounted to almost 200 liters of water per square meter. 166 l/sq m fell in the city of Tupelo in Mississippi, more than usual there all throughout March.

– We covered the children with our own bodies, we covered ourselves with pillows. We were terrified. We thought that the house would fall apart soon, fell on us, there was a huge noise. We didn't know what would happen – said a resident of one of the destroyed houses.
