Synoptics of the Institute of Meteorology and Water Management issued first degree meteorological warnings on a three -stage, growing scale.
First degree IMGW warnings – frost
Frost is expected in almost the whole country. Alarms were issued before them throughout Poland outside the Tatra Poviat.
A temperature drop to about -5 degrees Celsius is forecast, on the ground to -7 degrees C.
The alarms will start to expire between 7-10 on Monday.
First degree IMGW warnings – freezing precipitation
Yellow alarms before freezing rainfall were issued in voivodships:
In places, there is a long time of freezing drizzle causing bare. The warnings will expire on Sunday at 9.

In part of the country, first degree warnings before icing. They are in power in voivodships:
- Silesianin the following poviats: Żywiec, Cieszyn, Bielsko-BiałaBielski;
- Lesser Polandin almost the entire voivodship outside the following poviats: Miechów, Olkusz;
- Podkarpackiein almost the entire province outside the following poviats: Tarnobrzeg, Tarnobrzeg, Stalowa Wola;
- Lublinin the following poviats: Biłgoraj, Zamojski, ZamośćTomaszowski, Hrubieszów.
The freezing of wet road surfaces and pavements after rainfall, snow rain and wet snow is forecasted. Alarms are to apply until 9 on Sunday.

What are the first degree IMGW warnings
The first degree warning provides for conditions conducive to the occurrence of dangerous meteorological phenomena that can cause material losses and a threat to health and life.
