Tomasz Komenda he left prison in 2018. He died on February 21 this year, Three years after regaining freedom. It is no secret that before his death, the man cut himself off from his loved ones and stopped contacting his mother, Teresa Klemańska. For some time he was in a relationship with Anna Walter, whom he met on a dating website, and with whom he had a son, Filip. However, their relationship ended quickly. Tomasz was in partnership with his brother Gerard Komenda, with whom he concluded a certain agreement. Pursuant to it, it is known that he took over Tomasz's apartments located in the center of Wrocław.

Tomasz Komenda spent a large part of the compensation amount on the purchase of real estate in Wrocław, which his mother advised him to do. He purchased three apartments and decided to rent two of them. His brother Gerard and the mother of his only son Tomasz are still fighting for the estate of the deceased man, Anna Walter. The brothers concluded a life contract in 2022. Tomasz handed over the purchased properties to Gerard, and in return he could count on providing food, support during illness and organizing a funeral at his own expense – which could be included in the will. If there had been no last will of the deceased, Komenda's brother would not have been able to claim the estate, which would have gone entirely to his son. Gerard fulfilled his obligations and took over the apartments. For this reason, the properties were not inherited. Attorney Jacek Placek said more about this.
To be able to file a case for confirmation of inheritance, you must have a legal interest, for example knowledge that you are included in the will.
“Apparently, Mr. Gerard has such an interest, because he would not inherit his brother's property as a result of statutory inheritance,” the expert explained in an interview with “Fakt”. In the Polish legal system, the will of the heir is more important than statutory inheritance, as a notary said in an interview with “Gazeta Wyborcza”. He also indicated that the annuity contract may be terminated.

Who will receive Tomasz Komenda's inheritance?
On October 16, the inheritance hearing of Tomasz Komenda began in the Wrocław court. The next one took place on November 29. There was no shortage of emotions there, a the deceased's mother allegedly ran out of the room in tears. She appeared in the hall accompanied by her son, Krzysztof Klemański. The family has been at odds with Gerard Komenda for a long timewho is also called Maciek. “Tomek had lost many years of his life and he really wanted to make up for them he didn't realize the threats we saw. Whatever Tomek did, whoever he met, he informed Maciek. He knew that Tomek had problems with stimulants. And we were the bad guys because we wanted him not to do drugs or drink, but just try to process it all normally,” Klemański said about the details of the family conflict in an interview with “Gazeta Wyborcza”. At the moment, it is not known who will receive the inheritance after deceased.
