A 79-meter skyscraper is to be built in the Natura 2000 protected area. The city mayor has just issued a building permit. The investment arouses great controversy among residents who demand the annulment of the local spatial development plan and environmental decision.
The developer, GVD CT from Kielce, plans to build three buildings where they will find 353 apartments. One of them will have a height of nearly 79 meters, the other two buildings less than 18 meters. The investment is to be built in the vineyard, in the vicinity of the bridge general Elżbieta Zawacka.
