In connection with the evasive answer, to clarify – as part of an earlier question – the TVN24 reporter Wójcikowska asked. – Would you appear, Mr. President? You did not answer the question – noted Wójcikowska.
– I see no reasons for me to answer this kind of questions at the moment. I said that there is a general duty and at the same time I found that this prosecutor's office after the strength of it, it is probably obvious to everyone, it is illegal – said Kaczyński.

TVN24 reporter could not ask the question
When Wójcikowska wanted to ask a question from the TVN24 editorial office, after introducing herself she heard from Kaczyński: – Thank you. Ok thank you.
