Nineteen people, including nine children, were killed by the Russians who attacked the crooked corner. The day after the hit of Volodymyr, Zełenski criticized the United States for the fact that in a message about the counseling the US ambassador in Kiev, she did not even mention Russia as guilty. She only stated that she was “terrified that the rocket” hit the playground.

On Saturday, on the X on the Russian attack on the crooked corner, Wołodymyr Zelnski took the floor, who pointed out that “it is very important that this Russian attack on people, the city and every attack of this kind would not remain without reaction from the world.” Then he thanked for the support, which the ministers of foreign affairs of some European countries and several diplomatic missions in Ukraine.

“Unfortunately, the reaction of the America's embassy is unpleasantly surprised: such a strong state, such a strong nation and such a poor reaction. They were even afraid to speak the word 'Russian' talking about a rocket that killed children,” said the president for whom the crooked corner is a hometown.

“Yes, the war must end. But to do this, you can't be afraid of names by name. We can't be afraid to put pressure on who as the only one continues this war and ignores all the world's suggestions to end it. We must put pressure on Russia, which instead of suspending weapons, chooses killing children” – added the President of Ukraine.

US Ambassador in Kiev: This war should end

On Friday evening, the United States ambassador in Kiev Bridget A. Brink wrote on platform X that the attack on the crooked corner caused her terror. However, she did not mention a state that made an attack on the Ukrainian city.

“He scares that tonight the ballistic rocket hit in a place near the playground and restaurants in the Krzywny Rog. Over 50 wounded and 16 killed, including six children. Here's why this war should end,” she said.

The balance of victims has increased since then.

Attack on the crooked corner

The attack on the town of Krzywy Róg took place on Friday evening. According to the Ukrainian authorities, the Russians used the Iskander ballistic missile. It fell around the popular cafe and playground. The youngest child who died as a result of the impact was three years old. The oldest – 17 years.

The bullet, followed by a drone, killed 19 people, while at least 68 people were injured. A three -day mourning was announced in the city.
