Americans have been casting votes in the presidential elections for several weeks, and the fight for the White House will end on Tuesday. The survey also detailed how respondents responded depending on their gender. 42.8 percent surveyed women indicated that Poland's security would decrease if a Republican won. 15.2% have the opposite opinion. 17.1 percent Poles believe that Trump's victory would have no impact on the security of our country, and 24.8 percent has no opinion on this matter.

The answers given by men are not much different – 44.5 percent Poles believe that Poland's security would decreaseand 25 percent claims it would increase. 18.9 percent of surveyed men assessed that Donald Trump's victory would have no impact on this, while 11.6 percent no opinion.

Moreover, 33.2 percent of surveyed people aged up to 24 believe that if a Republican won the US presidential election, Poland's security would decrease. 26.3% of respondents in this group have the opposite opinion, and 15.7%. he thinks it would have no effect. 24.8 percent no opinion.

Respondents aged 35-49 share the opinion that the security of our country would decrease (44.5%). People over 50 years of age also have a similar opinion (48.3%)..

Who else thinks our country's security would decrease if Trump won? The survey shows that 35.5% of people have this opinion. respondents with primary or lower secondary education, 39.6 percent with secondary education and 49 percent respondents with higher education.

The survey was conducted by SW Research on behalf of “Rzeczpospolita” among users of the SW Panel online panel on October 29-30, 2024. The analysis covered a group of 800 Internet users over 18 years of age.
