The police in Wałbrzych (Dolnośląskie Voivodeship) detained a drunk 41-year-old who had a nearly one and a half year old son. The woman, walking on the pavement, fell over with the pram in which the child was located. As it turned out, she had 2.63 per mil of alcohol in her body.
The incident occurred on Tuesday after 13 at 11 Listopada Street in Wałbrzych in Lower Silesia. One of the inhabitants called after the service, who noticed that a completely drunk woman fell over, and at the same time a trolley she led to the ground and a small child fell out of him.
A moment later, the drunk Wałbrzyszanka was detained and spent the night in the cell of the Wałbrzych headquarters. It turned out that the woman had 2.63 per mil of alcohol in her body.
According to the police, fortunately the child had no visible injuries, but remained observing in the hospital. By decision of the family court, the toddler was to be handed over to the indicated person after leaving the hospital.

Will answer before the court
The 41-year-old was questioned on Wednesday after sobering up. The woman confessed to the act and gave explanations. She will answer before the court for exposing the child to the direct danger of losing his life or severe damage to health. Now she is punishable by imprisonment up to 5 years old.
