A Russian missile destroyed two floors of an apartment building in Kharkov, causing an immediate fire.
“Our partners see what is happening every day. And in these conditions, each of their delayed decisions means at least dozens, if not hundreds, of such Russian bombs in Ukraine. Their decisions determine the life of our nation. That is why we must together stop Russia and do it with all possible force,” added the Ukrainian president.
