Rustem Umerov revealed in an interview with “The Washington Post” that during these talks an agreement on the creation was reached humanitarian corridor for refugees. According to the minister, thanks to this, it was possible to evacuate approximately 400 thousand people.
The head of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense said that as a result dialogue with The Kremlinem also agreed exchange of prisoners of war, political prisoners and wounded soldiers.
