The driver detained in connection with shooting with a windbreaker towards the city bus in Warsaw's Mokotów heard the allegations. He will be responsible for exposing the driver to the direct danger of losing his life or severe damage to health and destruction of property. The prosecutor's office reports that he pleaded guilty and repeated.
The incident occurred on Tuesday, February 4 around 5pm at the Dolna 03 stop at Chełmska Street. The police reported that the man used a windbreaker. Nobody happened to anyone.
The investigation in this case is supervised by the Warsaw-Mokotów District Prosecutor's Office. The man is suspected that he “exposed the bus driver of the MZA line 119 to the direct danger of losing his life or severe damage to health.” A spokesman for the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw, prosecutor Piotr Antoni Skiba describes in a message that immediately after leaving the bus, the suspect stood in front of the front door of the vehicle and “fired no less than three shots from the pneumatic pistol towards the glass door and the driver.”
This resulted in the destruction of the glass and one of the door wings. The losses were estimated at PLN 3,294.32. The 36-year-old was also accused of destruction of property.
According to the prosecutor's office, the man acted “publicly and of course a trivial reason, thereby showing a gross disregard for the legal order.”
The suspect pleaded guilty
“After interrogating the suspect, who confessed to the alleged act, showed repentance and expressed the desire to voluntarily submit to punishment, the prosecutor decided to apply preventive measures to the suspect in the form of police supervision, prohibition to contact and bring the injured bus to the injured bus and order to refrain from abstaining from alcohol consumption ” – informs the prosecutor's spokesman.
Investigators are now planning to determine and hear other witnesses of this event and to inspect monitoring from other sources than the identified ones before.
The perpetrator faces up to five years in prison.

The police showed monitoring
Policemen informed about the man's detention two days after the incident. During the search of his apartment, they found an item reminiscent of weapons.
On the recording of monitoring on the buspublished by policemen, you can see that a suspicious man was a bus passenger. He sat at the end of the vehicle, at some point he got up and pulled out the windbreaker gun. He got off at the bus stop. On the next shot from another camera you can see how he measures from the arms held in his hand towards the departing bus and fills the arrows.
