Warsaw. Bemore5K Run in Bemowo. Changes in traffic organization

Bemore5k will take place on Sunday in Bemowo. Its participants will cover a five -kilometer route. During the event, a fragment of the road will be closed at Powstańców Śląskich and part of Radiowa Street. Drives and public transport passengers are waiting for detours.

The Sunday event will be the first edition of the Bemore5K race in Bemowo. The start and finish of the competition will be located near the Bemowo District Office. Participants will start at 11 o'clock. They will run along Powstańców Śląskich to Radiowa, and then turn towards the Military University of Technology. A few dozen meters in front of Ebro Street will turn back and return to the finish line. The time to cover the route is 45 minutes.

Closed streets and detours

Difficulties will start at 8 o'clock on Sunday and will last until 1pm. In order to prepare the starting line and the finish line, the roadway of Silesian Insurgents will be closed towards Połczyńska, between the streets of 303 and Górczewska.

“Drivers traveling along Powstańców Śląskich from Aleja Reymonta, at the intersection with Radiowa Street, will have one straight less runner. Immediately behind the tram tracks they will be directed to the right, to 303 Squadron Street. Only the inhabitants of Bolkowska and Pełczyński will be able to pass.

Further changes in traffic will apply half an hour before the start, i.e. from 10.30. The town hall reports that the roadway of the Silesian Insurgents leading towards Połczyńska will be closed at the intersection with Radio. In turn, Radio will be impassable from the Adamiecki roundabout to the Silesian Insurgents. Drivers will return to these streets at 12.00.

The changes also await the Radiowa Street from Wrocławska and Wrocław from Radiowa. At the intersections from the Silesian Insurgents, they only turn right towards the Bemowo airport. However, from Ebro Street to Radiowa, you will be able to go only towards the Adamieckiego roundabout.

The connection from Powstańców Śląskich will be lost by the streets of Hery and Pełczyńskiego. “All trips from housing estates reaching off fragments of Silesian and Radio Insurgents and connecting directly with the route” will also be closed, “add officials.

During the competition, police will watch over the safety of participants and drivers. You will be able to meet them at the most important intersections. Pedestrians will go through the route only in places and time indicated by the cleaning services.

At all times, drivers will have at their disposal the roadway of Powstańców Śląskich towards Aleja Reymonta.

Buses and trams will change the routes

“The changes will apply primarily to line buses 122 and 523 Driving towards the loop of the Górczewska and PKP Olszynka Grochowska. Later, from Stary Bemowo, together with buses 523, they will travel along Kaliszieckiego and Lazurowa streets to Górczewska, “says the city hall.

From Wrocław, they turn into a radio, but to the left.
