They parked there, although they should not. Inhabitants of Iwicka Street, densely pledged by cars, had enough and reported incorrect parking of city guard drivers. They put on locks on the wheels of at least seven cars.

Mateusz Mżyk noticed the situation in Mokotów in Warsaw on Friday morning. On Iwicka Street near the central forensic laboratory of the police stood a string of densely parked cars. – The whole pavement was set. City guards put on seven blockades – calculated our reporter.

We asked the Press Paper of the City Guard about the details of the intervention. “The intervention undertaken on Iwicka Street concerned the non -compliance of drivers to the B -35 traffic mark (no stop). The actions were initiated as a result of notification of residents. The effect of the guards was the assumption of the incorrectly left vehicles of seven blocking devices on the wheels” – explains the city guard.

What punishment will the drivers have to take into account? “Violation of Article 92 § 1 of the Code of Offenses may result in a fine of PLN 100, in accordance with the tariff. In the event of refusal to accept a mandate by the perpetrator, the guard shall draw up a request for his punishment to court. In this case, the court may impose a fine of up to PLN 5,000” – added the formation.
