Policemen detained two men suspected of hacking into a car standing in the parking lot. Both were caught in the act. They face up to 10 years in prison.

The incident occurred on Easter Monday. Policemen from Warsaw's Wola received a notification that two men are trying to knock the glass in a parked BMW car.

– On the spot, the officers immediately drew attention to a man who, through a stamped glass, shores the interior of the vehicle, the second stands next to it with navigation in his hand – said Commissioner Marta Sulowska from the Warsaw Police District Headquarters Warsaw IV.

He claimed he had lost his keys

– The police identified both men, one of them claimed that it was his car, while he lost his keys and had to knock the glass to take his things from there. The officers did not believe them and detained their partners. During the checks, they determined the real owner of the vehicle – the policewoman added.

The detained 28-year-old and 45-year-old went to a police cell, and then heard the charge of burglary into the vehicle. For this crime faces up to 10 years in prison.

The older man acted in the conditions of recidivism. – In March this year he left the prison walls after two years imprisonment – summed up Sulowska.
