The development company Ghelamco sold the Warsaw UNIT skyscraper located in the capital at Rondo Daszyńskiego for EUR 280 million. It was bought by the Swedish real estate company Eastnine AB, Ghelamco reported. This is the largest transaction on the office market concluded in Europe this year – it was emphasized.
It is 202 m high and almost 60 thousand. sq m leasable area, the Warsaw UNIT skyscraper is located at Rondo Daszyńskiego in Warsaw. It was sold for EUR 280 million, or over PLN 1.2 billion, to the Swedish company Eastnine AB, the development company Ghelamco announced on Tuesday.
Modern and ecological
“The office building is one of the most modern and ecological facilities of this class on the continent. The building is fully commercialized, and its largest tenants include: Warta, Moderna, CBRE, Stryker, Amazon, OmniOffice and Imperial Tabacco,” the information states.
Ghelamco is an international development company. Apart from Poland, it also operates in BelgiumUK and on Cyprus. Its investments in Poland include, among others: in Warsaw, Kraków, Katowice, Łódź and Wrocław.
Eastnine is a Swedish company listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange that focuses on office properties in selected markets in the Baltic countries and Poland.
