We will wait for greater warming until the turn of February and March. Check out a long-term, 16-day temperature forecast, prepared by Tomasz Wasilewski's presenter and synoptic.
Arctic cold, which from the north broke into Central and Eastern Europe, will remain with us for several days, because the frosty high will persist over our part of the continent. Its current shape and location – extends from Greenland, through the Norwegian Sea, to the center of Europe – guarantee the further presence of cold air mass in our part of the continent. Later, at the end of the week, when the above-mentioned Wyży moves east, air circulation will change from north to southwestern, which will make warmer Atlantic air flow to Poland, which is already reaching Western Europe (see map).

Weather for 16 days
For most of the week there will be several degrees of frost at night, and in the day from -3 degrees in the east to 3 degrees Celsius in west of Poland. Light warming should come during the weekend – then in the eastern part of the country it will be from 0 to 2 degrees, and in the western we can expect 6-7 degrees. Then, at the end of February, we should feel more clear warming, because then the temperature will rise to 12-13 degrees. Similarly, with little exceptions, it promises to be the beginning of March when we see the thermometers up to 13-14 degrees.
