This amount is valid from March 1, 2025 to February 28 2026.

Who will get a widow's pension?

When the sum of benefits in the intersection exceeds three times the lowest pension, the benefit will be reduced by the amount of exceeding. If the amount of the benefit received so far exceeds three times the lowest pension, the right to a widow's pension is not entitled due to exceeding the maximum amount. When calculating the amount of the Wdowiej pension, which is compared with a limit of three times the lowest pension, benefits paid by foreign institutions and other than one -off benefits and allowances granted on the basis of the Act or separate provisions are also taken into account. It means that The limit will include, for example, a nursing supplement and carbon equivalent. Such benefits as 500 plus For the dependent or supporting benefit will not be taken into account.

The award of a widow will be possible if the widow or widower has a fixed right to two benefits: their own and survivors' pension after the deceased spouse.

In order for them to receive combined benefits, they must also meet the following conditions:
– are at least 60 years old (woman) or 65 years old (man); – Until the day of death, the spouse remained with him in marriage; – acquired the right to a survivor's pension after the deceased spouse not earlier than on the day of the age of 55 (woman) or 60 years (man); – They are currently not married.
