In September last year, the body of 17-year-old Sebastian M. was found in one of the apartments in the Old Town in Wrocław. The prosecutor's office filed an indictment against two men for unintentionally causing the teenager's death.
17-year-old Sebastian M. left home on September 4 at 22. Since then, there has been no contact with the teenager. September 7 his the body was found in one of the rented apartments in Wrocław's Old Town. According to the prosecutor's office, the tragedy occurred between September 5 and 7, 2023.
The investigators' findings show that young men Antoni F. and Mateusz B. and minor Oliwia Ch. they rented an apartment in Wrocław. They drank alcohol and took drugs there. Sebastian M. joined the group and was supposed to drink the so-called a sheet consisting of, among others, with MDMA (hallucinogenic amphetamine derivative).

“About an hour after drinking, his health deteriorated. After some time, the meeting participants left the apartment, leaving Sebastian M. lying on the floor.” – Karolina Stocka-Mycek, spokeswoman for the District Prosecutor's Office in Wrocław, reported the course of events.
The prosecutor's office accused Antoni F. and Mateusz B. of imprisoning a 17-year-old in the apartment, “locking the door without being able to open it from the inside.”
“Moreover, seeing his poor health condition, which was manifested by, among others, convulsions, excessive sweating and loss of balance, they did not provide him with help, even though he was in a position threatening immediate danger of loss of life or serious damage to health,” the prosecutor added.
A drug shot, and previously amphetamine and mephedrone
F. was also accused of giving a 17-year-old a mixture of psychoactive substances to drink, including: MDMA, which caused the death of a teenager. Previously, the man also allegedly gave him amphetamine and mephedrone.
The Stocka-Mycek prosecutor's office announced that Mateusz B. pleaded guilty to failing to help the 17-year-old, and Antoni F. pleaded not guilty to committing the acts he was accused of.
By decision of the family court, minor Oliwia Ch. She was placed in an educational center for the duration of the proceedings.
