The District Court in Wrocław sentenced 34-year-old Grzegorz M. to ten years in prison. A man accused of sexually abusing two little girls. The judgment is not final.
The Wrocław court issued a judgment against Grzegorz M. accused of committing prohibited acts to the detriment of minors. The drama occurred in the period from 2017 to 2022.
“In a town near Wrocław, Grzegorz M., now 34 years old, taking advantage of his considerable physical advantage, using violence and abusing the relationship of dependence and trust, caused two minors, who were then under 15 years old, to have sexual intercourse, undergo other sexual activities and to perform other sexual activities,” says Karolina Stocka-Mycek, spokeswoman for the District Prosecutor's Office in Wrocław.
The court issued a ban on approaching the injured party
The District Court sentenced the defendant to a total penalty of 10 years' imprisonment. Additionally, he imposed a punitive measure against Grzegorz M. in the form of a ban on contacting the victims and a ban on approaching them at a distance of less than 100 meters for a period of 10 years. He must pay compensation of PLN 50,000 to each of the injured parties.
Moreover, the court banned the accused from holding any position, performing any profession or activity related to the upbringing, education, treatment of minors or taking care of them for a period of 10 years.
