It is not always worth submitting an application for conversion
– if the pensioner has no new evidence that may affect the amount of the pension, then submitting an application for recalculation of the benefit is unfounded – explains Krystyna Michałek Regional ZUS spokesperson in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. In order for the pension to be converted again, ERPO should be completed and submitted. This can be done by letter, electronically or in person. Importantly, if people who do not meet the conditions for recalculating the benefit, they apply – it may not change anything or in the worst case lead to a reduction in the pension.
