Piotr M.'s partner, music of worship, was to die in a car accident in the United States of North America in 2021. There was a death certificate presented in two insurance companies in Poland and compensation – over PLN 1 million. A similar application was already waiting for consideration in another insurance company. But there were doubts and later a notification to the prosecutor's office.
Three people were detained in the case, because the services determined that the woman was doing well and there was no accident. Moreover, according to the prosecutor's office, the drummer's partner at the Registry Office in Siedlce extorted her own death certificate, after which she reported her death with the insurer.

All suspects were threatened with up to 10 years in prison.
At the beginning of February, or almost a year after charges, the prosecutor once again called the music of worship for interrogation. Last Wednesday, Piotr M. was presented by changed allegations.
