By the end of the first quarter of each year, the published register of civil law contracts will be updated for the next year.
– The point is for society itself, the media, to notice what results from these agreements and whether there could have been any irregularities, because we do not always have the tools to verify it ourselves – said Minister Bodnar, announcing this publication.
The Ministry of Justice emphasized that it made the published contracts available in a form that allows for their thorough analysis.
Since 2019 Ministry of Justice maintains an electronic database of civil law contracts that are subject to mandatory registration.
