– Taylor Swift's concert is the most important event this year when it comes to short-term rentals – said Adrian Barwicki, president of Rentujemy.pl, in an interview with the website. – Everything near the stadium is sold out many weeks in advance. We have over 100 apartments in the capital. The best ones on 31 July – On August 4, when Taylor Swift will be performing in Warsaw, we currently have tickets for 8-10 thousand per day – he added.
Flats in Warsaw you can rent, but not always for 10 thousand zlotys. – Apartments of the lowest Classes will cost around PLN 500 per day these days. For an average two-room apartment, i.e. with a separate bedroom, you can get around PLN 2,000 per day. Those that cost around PLN 10,000 are apartments with a higher standard, two levels, which can accommodate up to 8 people – explained Adrian Barwicki.

Due to the upcoming Taylor Swift concert in Warsaw, local hoteliers and catering owners will be able to count on large earnings. Marek Traczyk from the Warsaw Chamber of Commerce explained that an “event” tourist coming to such events leaves about 1,000 euro.
The expert calculated that with the estimates that the pool of visitors tourists from outside Warsaw and the country will constitute about 25 percent of the audience and assuming that there will be about 60 thousand people at the concert, “the total amount of expenses of visitors for 3 days may amount to 45 million euros, i.e. about 190 million PLN” – he noted in an interview with PAP.
