Second-degree strong wind warnings apply in the following provinces:

Strong winds are forecast with an average speed of up to 55 kilometers per hour, with gusts of up to 100 km/h, from the west. The strongest gusts will occur until 8 p.m. The warnings will be valid until midnight.

Lower-level strong wind warnings apply to the province Podlaskieexcluding counties covered by higher level alarms.

Strong winds are forecast with an average speed of 35 to 50 km/h, with gusts of up to 85 km/h, from the west. Warnings will be valid until midnight.

A second-degree warning predicts the occurrence of dangerous meteorological phenomena causing significant material losses and a threat to health and life. Dangerous phenomena or the effects of their occurrence significantly limit the conduct of business. Expect disruptions in everyday functioning. Great caution is recommended, the need to track messages and the development of the weather situation. Follow all recommendations issued by the rescue services in the event of a threat.
