Before 9 p.m. the police officer on duty in Legionowo received a report about an intoxicated man at the swimming pool in Wieliszew, taking care of a small child.
– Police officers found a 35-year-old resident of Mińsk County on the beach, who was taking care of two children aged 6 and 10. The man smelled of alcohol. A test showed that he had two per mille of alcohol in his system. He was detained and the children were handed over to their mother, who arrived at the scene – informs in a statement Justyna Stopińska from the Legionowo police.
Charges against father, police appeal
The 35-year-old has been charged with exposing children to the risk of loss of life or serious bodily harm. This act is punishable by imprisonment from three months to five years.
