When doubts arose, the Polish state also carried out its tasks towards people from our political circles, because we assume that there are no equals and no more equals, there are no sacred cows – PiS chairman Jarosław Kaczyński said in a statement. As he pointed out, “you cannot trust the actions of the current services”. “The matters in which the most important politicians of the current coalition were and are involved are being swept under the carpet” – he added.

Spokesman PIS Rafał Bochenek posted a statement from the PiS leader on platform X on Thursday Jaroslaw Kaczynski regarding “the current political situation in Poland and the activities of the December 13 coalition government”.

The politician wrote in the document that everything we are seeing today in the context of the activities of “politicized state services, including the prosecutor's office, is another planned political and media campaign aimed at diverting attention from the crimes and abuses of the December 13 coalition”. “Destruction of the rule of law, liquidation of important pro-development initiatives: CPK, Atom, Agroports, taking away social programs from citizens, bankrupt companies, mass layoffs and dramatically increasing living costs as well as limiting necessary spending on national defense” – he listed.

According to the PiS leader, all the issues that the media are currently interested in were the subject of activities of the relevant bodies during the Law and Justice government. Therefore – as he assessed – “Donald Tusk and his neo-prosecutor's office have not discovered anything new”.

“When doubts arose, the Polish state also carried out its tasks towards people from our political circles, because we assume that there are no equals and no more equals, there are no sacred cows. This is the exact opposite principle to what the current ruling coalition is guided by,” Kaczyński emphasized in a statement.

“Contrary to their own declarations, cases of serious crimes widely described in the media, in which the most important politicians of the current coalition were and are involved, are 'swept under the carpet', despite clear evidence and numerous witness testimonies. This is what the doctrine of impunity for one's own looks like in practice, the Neumann doctrine,” wrote the PiS leader.

“The illegally present government headed by Tusk is taking revenge and revenge”

In his opinion, the actions of the current services cannot be trusted. “They cannot be taken seriously, because the services were taken over illegally and are occupied by unauthorized persons, acting on the party orders of Tusk and (the head of MS Adam – ed.) Bodnar,” Kaczyński declared.

“We have always been and are supporters of explaining all irregularities. However, we believe that this must be done by independent, objective institutions, and unfortunately, today there are no such institutions. Tusk and Bodnar not only undermined trust in the most important state institutions, but also devastated them,” Kaczyński said.

Kaczyński: Tusk's media tricks are clear

He added that all activities Donald Tusk are aimed at “covering up all anti-Polish decisions that are harmful to our citizens”. “His media tricks are clear and obvious and are aimed at distracting the attention of Polish people from the decisions of this government that negatively affect the everyday lives of Poles. Tusk is counting on Poles to fall for it once again,” the PiS leader emphasized.

Kaczyński also stated that his party would not allow this. “As a constructive opposition, we will hold the current coalition accountable and watch their actions every day, while at the same time showing a real alternative to these governments that are fatal for our country,” he emphasized.

The PiS leader also referred to the demonstration announced for Saturday in front of the Ministry of Justice. “Next Saturday in Warsaw we will be protesting against the abuses of this government. Only through activity and mutual solidarity will we be able to effectively oppose this government,” the PiS leader concluded.
