New titles appear on the Max platform almost every day. Next Tuesday, the service's catalog will be expanded by, among others, the series “Scandal w królym stylu”, inspired by Emily Maitlis' interview with Prince Andrew and the scandal that broke out after it. From Thursday, you will be able to watch the third season of the series “From There” and the next installment of the series “Outdaughtered” on the platform. There will also be no shortage of films.
New movies on Max platform
It will debut on Max on Thursday “Erin Brockovich”. This is a true story of a single mother in a dramatic life situation. Without money, a job, and a chance to change her fate, Erin Brockovich convinces a lawyer friend to give her any job at his law firm. As a complete amateur, she becomes interested in the topic of water pollution in a small town. This changes not only her life. For the role of the title character, Julia Roberts received, among others, OscarGolden Globe and BAFTA Award.

From Friday you will be able to watch the film on the Max platform “My happy family.” Georgian literature teacher Manana (played by Ia Shugliashvili) – a middle-aged wife and mother of two – shocks her traditional, multi-generational family when she announces that she wants to live alone. Thus begins her journey into the unknown. The Georgian-French-German production is a proposition for fans of European cinema. The film was shot in Tbilisi.
“Twister” is an example of a disaster movie, a film also classified as a thriller. Helen Hunt played the role of the leader of a group of tornado hunters. During a dangerous expedition, they are to test a new device. The film won, among others, a Bafta award for special effects.

The next premiere this week on Max is a proposal for younger and older viewers: on Saturday the website will be available “The Adventures of Tintin” – the first animated film directed by Steven Spielberg, created in collaboration with Peter Jackson. This is a captivating 3D adaptation of the cult Belgian comic book about the adventures of Tintin. Together with Captain Barrel and the dog Miluś, the famous reporter sets off in search of a sunken ship with treasure. The plans of all three are tried to thwart by the insidious Sacharina.

Max is waiting for subscribers on Sunday “Freud's Last Session”. London, September 3, 1939. The beginning of World War II. In the last days of the life of Sigmund Freud (played by Anthony Hopkins), the founder of psychoanalysis and a recent refugee from the Nazis, German is visited by writer and philosopher CS Lewis (Matthew Goode). The two outstanding thinkers of the 20th century engage in a conversation about the human condition, the existence of God, love and death, referring to their biographies.
