The ceremonial premiere of the latest edition of “Letters to M.” can be summed up in one slogan: nothing is impossible, because it seemed unrealistic that the sixth part of the popular series would be liked by viewers more than all the previous ones. However, the reviews after the show turned out to be extremely enthusiastic.
On Monday, a premiere meeting took place in Warsaw, during which “Letters to M. Farewell and Returns” was presented. The film will hit theaters on November 7.
Actress Paulina Gałązka said that the film reached a “wonderful, touching and amusing level.” – Today I laughed and was moved many times. It's a very nice treat for the heart before the holidays, she said.
– Another great installment of “Letters to M.” I'm delighted. It immediately reminds me of the Christmas time for which we will soon be preparing, said actress Daria Widawska.
Actress Anna Szymańczyk said that she received the film “very nicely, sometimes touchingly”. – I really had fun. I had a good time. It is an uplifting and hopeful film, she emphasized.

A new generation of Santa Clauses
Tomasz Karolak, playing the role of Mikołaj Mel, was also present, but a new generation of Santa Clauses grew up alongside him. – And very good – said Karolak. – How long can you run around Warsaw in a Santa Claus costume? I'm 53 years old and I could use a change, he said.
– Kiryl Pietruczuk is such an actor, a fantastic, great 27-year-old who started his participation in the so-called show business with very good roles, highly rated, and I think he is a bright student – he added.
The explosive couple Karina and Szczepan returned to the screens. They finally wanted to spend a peaceful Christmas, but fate played tricks on them again. Agnieszka Dygant admitted that she has known Piotr Adamczyk for a very long time. – We have a lot of trust in each other and we also have a lot of fun seeing each other from time to time at work – she admitted.
When “Letters to M. Farewells and Returns” in cinemas
“Letters to M. Farewells and Returns” will debut in cinemas on November 7. The producer of the film is TVN Warner Bros. Discovery. Marcin Baczyński and Mariusz Kuczewski are responsible for the script. The photos were taken by Marian Prokop, and the scenography was designed by Wojciech Żogała. Pola Gomółka is responsible for the costumes, Jolanta Madejska Witek for the makeup, and Jarosław Barzan for the editing. The author of the music is Łukasz Targosz.

The first part of “Letters to M.” hit theaters in 2011. The winter comedy directed by Mitja Okorn and produced by TVN became a huge hit – it was watched by over two and a half million viewers. It stayed on screens for 130 days and took second place on the list of the longest-screened films in Polish cinemas. Only James Cameron's “Titanic” was better, and in 1997 it was shown for 230 days.
Subsequent parts repeated the success of the first one. In 2015, “Letters to M. 2” appeared in cinemas, and in 2017, “Letters to M. 3”. “Letters to M. 4” premiered in 2021 in Player (the cinema was suspended due to the pandemic), and “Letters to M. 5” was released on November 4, 2022.
