Signed regulation enters into force on November 11, 2024.
“Violations of the ban are punishable by a fine specified in accordance with the Code of Procedure for Petty Offenses Act and the Petty Offenses Code Act,” we read further.

In recent days, we also informed on tvnwarszawa.pl that the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration has prepared a draft regulation, which states that on November 11 in Warsaw ban on carrying weapons.
The regulation of the Ministry of Interior and Administration was published on the website of the Government Legislation Center on Tuesday. The document shows that on November 11, a ban on carrying or moving unloaded weapons of any kind will be introduced in Warsaw.
In the justification to the draft regulation, we read that the introduction of a temporary ban on carrying weapons or moving them unloaded is justified by the need to ensure the safety of both participants in state ceremonies taking place on that day, as well as public meetings.
