The fees are PLN 472, including an advance payment for water and PLN 52 for the renovation fund. However, at the end of this announcement there was content that surprised many Internet users.
“Due to the fact that some people are unreliable and do not show up after making an appointment or come out of curiosity to look at the apartment, and I am quite far away, I charge a fee of PLN 50 for viewing the apartment. If a preliminary contract is signed, the amount is refunded” – he emphasized owner apartments.

Some Internet users believe that charging a fee just for viewing an apartment is an abuse. “People don't look at apartments out of boredom, but when they are looking for one. Paying for the opportunity to view it is absurd. If he sells the apartment, he will get the cash register for fuel “will refund” – wrote one of the users of the X platform. However, the overwhelming majority of Internet users admitted that the fee for viewing the premises is a good idea.
