Kim Jong Un, the dictator of North Korea, called for “improving the war-fighting capabilities” of the army. During his speech, he stated that the Korean Peninsula had become “the biggest flashpoint in the world.” According to the dictator, the tension between North and South Korea is “the greatest in history.”
The North Korean dictator delivered a speech at a conference of battalion commanders and political instructors held in Pyongyang on Friday. During his speech, he called for building “political and military strength” and “combat effectiveness to ensure that the armed forces can cope with war.”
Kim Jong Un he mentioned “threats from the United States and its allies.” He said that relations with South Korea are so bad that they have led to “the greatest tension in history”, which, in his opinion, has turned the Korean Peninsula into “the biggest flashpoint in the world”.

Reuters reminds that military cooperation between North Korea and Russia is strengthening. According to sources in Washington, Seoul and Kiev, over 10,000 North Korean soldiers were to be sent to fight against the Ukrainians. Some of them have already taken part in the fighting in the Kursk Oblast.

South Korean news agency KCNA reported that a Russian delegation led by Minister of National Resources and Ecology Alexander Kozlov arrived in Pyongyang on Sunday for trade and economic talks.
Last week, Kim Jong Un led a test of kamikaze drones and ordered their mass production. The dictator spoke of “intensifying competition in this field around the world.”
