After the collision of two cars, one of the vehicles cut off a lamp post and hit a bus stop where, fortunately, no one was there. According to the police, one of the drivers was fined.
This dangerous-looking incident took place on Thursday at POW Street in Piotrków Trybunalski. The services received information about a passenger car that had hit a bus stop.
Police patrols, fire brigades and ambulances immediately went to the scene.

The car crashed into a bus stop
– Preliminary findings of police officers working on site show that the driver of a Volkswagen T4, driving from Wojska Polskiego Street towards Słowackiego, caused a collision with a Mercedes during an incorrectly performed U-turn maneuver. As a result of the impact, the Mercedes crashed into a lamppost and then into a bus stop. Fortunately, it was only a very serious-looking collision. No one was injured. The rescuers only provided help to the woman who witnessed the incident, said Asp. in an interview with tvn24.pl. pcs. Izabela Gajewska from the police in Piotrków Trybunalski.
The policewoman added that all participants in the incident were sober, and the driver of the Volkswagen was fined.
