We have a record of advertisements in Polandand the decision-making process has taken longer – said Łukasz Sroczyński, a loan broker from Poznań, in an interview with Next.gazeta.pl. In his opinion, however, apartments are not significantly more expensive compared to Europe and the world. – We earn more and more. Compared to salaries, this it's not that bad – he added.
Is a drop in housing prices coming? – It all depends on the possible introduction of a program with subsidies. If there is clear information that there will be no subsidies, I think so there will be some correction. A lot can be negotiated now. There are discounts in the advertisements, and parking spaces and storage rooms are free of charge. You can already feel the price drop – emphasized Sroczyński.
New program coming: Krzysztof Paszyk, Minister of Development and Technology, announced that “there will be no 0% loan.” Instead, a new program is to appear, and its legislative phase will begin in the first quarter of next year.
