Several fire brigades are fighting a fire in Zielona Góra. The fire broke out in one of the car repair shops. It is known that one person was injured. – Due to the large area covered by the fire, the activities will probably last many more hours – says Arkadiusz Kaniak, spokesman for the Lubusz police.
We received the first information about the fire in Zielona Góra at Contact24. The recording sent by Mrs. Ania shows clouds of smoke in the Zacisze housing estate.
– At 8.20 a.m., firefighters from Zielona Góra received a report about a fire in Zacisze in Zielona Góra (Lubusz Voivodeship). It turned out that a large car repair shop was on fire – said Arkadiusz Kaniak, spokesman for the Lubusz fire brigade.
One person is burned
Initial information provided by firefighters shows that one person was injured in the incident, but his life is not in danger. – She suffered burns, was handed over to the emergency medical team and transported to the hospital. Firefighters fight the fire. Due to the large area covered by the fire, operations will probably last many more hours, Kaniak said.
Nine fire brigades were dispatched to the site. The causes of the fire are unknown.
