The official profile of the Territorial Defense Forces also commented on the matter on the X website.

“An extraordinary and surprising situation for both the WOT Command and the soldiers involved in Operation FENIKS was the appearance of information about the suspected misappropriation of property intended for flood victims, which was allegedly committed by a soldier of the 7th Pomeranian Territorial Defense Brigade. In connection with this information, The Military Police detained a 7PBOT soldier and started an investigation,” we read.

He faces severe consequences

In the entry, the Territorialists emphasize that they are strongly against this type of behavior. “We firmly oppose the behavior of which the 7PBOT soldier is accused. Once the act of theft is confirmed, each soldier of the Polish Army is fully responsible for his act,” we read further.

According to what they wrote on the X website, if these reports are confirmed, the soldier will face severe consequences.

“The result of breaking the law is immediate dismissal from service and criminal proceedings. After the allegations are confirmed by the Military Police and the prosecutor, the WOT Commander will apply for the dismissal of the above-mentioned soldier from service,” we read in the entry on the X website.
