The Minister of Justice and Prosecutor General Adam Bodnar said on “Piasecki's conversation” on TVN24 on Tuesday that “the period passes from waiver to the moment of charges”. – As far as I know, by the end of February, the charges of Prime Minister Morawiecki are to be charged in the context of envelope elections, i.e. making this decision about their organization with gross violation of law – he said.

Bodnar was therefore asked if anyone else could expect allegations in this matter. In this context, Konrad Piasecki, host of the program, mentioned other PiS politicians who were covered by notifications of the investigation commission: Jacek Sasin, Jarosław Kaczyński, Michał Dworczyk and Mariusz Kamiński.

– The commission of inquiry headed by Magdalena Filiks completed her work, sent notifications to the prosecutor's office. A special investigating team consisting of several very experienced prosecutors is created in the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw and are working on the next stages of this case – Bodnar explained. – I think that more actions are drawn on the horizon that apply to those who were covered by notifications from the investigation commission. I also think that certainly some of those people who have been listed by the editor, further matters can apply to them – he added.
