Minister for Civil Society Agnieszka Buczyńska plans to resign from her position, the Polish Press Agency reported, citing sources close to the ministry. Her office is to be taken by the current vice-president of Warsaw, Adriana Porowska. Both information was confirmed by an important politician of the ruling coalition in an interview with tvn24.pl.
Agnieszka Buczyńska, Minister for Civil Society on behalf of Poland 2050, returns to professional activity after a break of several months. However, as PAP found out, for personal reasons she decided to resign from further work in the government. He is to resign from his ministerial position next week. Buczyńska now intends to focus on parliamentary work.
According to PAP information, the position of minister for civil society will be held by the current vice-president of the capital city. Warsaw Adriana Porowska.

Porowska has been working with excluded people for years, including people in crisis of homelessness. She is the president of the Kamilian Social Welfare Mission and advisor to the leader of Poland 2050, the Speaker of the Sejm Szymon Hołownia in the field of social policy. At the capital city hall, he is responsible for social affairs, social communication and cooperation with non-governmental organizations.
According to PAP information, the new ministry is to be appointed next week.
