This is the ninth person suspected in this matter.

According to the findings made during the investigation, after handing over the Cupra Formentor car along with the keys Aleksander G. by Kacper K., Aleksander G. and Łukasz Ż. They went to Kacper D.'s apartment, pseud. “Gaca” in Warsaw's Wola, where the car was handed over to the Cupra Kacpr D.

Kacper D. is the ninth suspect in the tragic accident. Earlier, the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw sent an indictment against Mikołaj N., Damian J. Maciej O. and Adam K. suspected of offenses under Art. 162 § 1 of the Penal Code (not providing assistance) and from art. 239 § 1 of the Penal Code (support).

In the indictment against the main suspect – Łukasz Ż. In addition, the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw sent a request for conditional discontinuation of proceedings against Sarah S. suspected of not helping.

Alleged to the suspect, the act of art. 239 § 1 of the Penal Code (support) is punishable by imprisonment from three months to five years.
