In February, rental prices increased only in 6 out of 17 tested cities, compared to January. In ten they turned out to be lower. In Warsaw, they remained unchanged – according to the rankomat.pl and Rentier.io report.

On average, in all 17 cities, the rental rates between February and January 2025 fell by 0.5 percent.

Analysts monitor rates in Warsaw, Krakow, Gdańsk, Wrocław, Gdynia, Szczecin, Poznań, Lublin, Rzeszów, Katowice, Łódź, Bydgoszcz, Toruń, Białystok, Radom, Sosnowiec and Częstochowa.
