Design and build system: Undertaking Episode Lubiatowo-DW213 It has been planned in the design and build system. The contractor will first develop project documentation and then obtain a decision to permission to implement a road investment (ZRID). Then field work will begin. The consortium of Polimex Infrastructure, Polimex Mostostal and Mosty Łódź will take care of the construction. The investment covers a section of 11 km long, and the value of the contract is over PLN 177 million. Completion of the work has been planned for II quarter of 2028. At the same time, the tender committee is in the process of selecting documents and offers regarding the second section of this road between DW213 and the Łęczyce junction on S6 (length 15 km), and the final selection of the best offer is to take place in the second quarter of this year.
What do we know about the road? The road to the power plant is to be Built in a new trail as a GP class route (main accelerated traffic) with a cross -section of 1×2. It is to connect S6 to the power plant. Contractors will ensure that The road surface was adapted to the traffic of vehicles with a pressure of 11.5 t. The connector between the poviat road in Łęczyce and the S6 express road ensuring communication of a new national road with the Łęczyce junction will also be made (as part of the currently emerging S6 Leśnice – Bożepole Wielkie).

Strategic undertaking: The strategic importance of the road is emphasized by the fact that it was included in the resolution of the Council of Ministers regarding the establishment of the multi -annual program “Program for supporting infrastructure investments in connection with the implementation of key investments in the field of strategic energy infrastructure, including a nuclear power plant, in the Pomeranian Voivodeship.” Guaranteed by the way Funds for other projects related to rail and sea infrastructure necessary for the power plant. To perform all these investments Over PLN 4.7 billion is foreseen. The unloading platform and the first section of the access road to the power plant will be commissioned in 2028, which will coincide with the start of the construction of a nuclear power plant.
