“The 36-year-old Volkswagen driver pulled into the opposite lane of the road and hit the Ford from the opposite direction with a 43-year-old woman behind the wheel, and then hit the 42-year-old Subaru. The policeman also appealed to drivers and warned that favorable weather conditions and reduced road traffic are not an excuse for excessive speed.
