There is a request for consent to forcibly bring Zbigniew Ziobro before the investigative commission into the Pegasus case. Earlier, he himself came to the prosecutor's office in Sieradz in another case. Questions for Ziobro about Pegasus are one thing, questions about the Justice Fund are another.
After four absences, the parliamentary investigative committee on Pegasus resorts to “nuclear weapons”. – We use the path that is perfectly described in the Code of Criminal Procedure – explains Magdalena Sroka, chairwoman of the committee and MP from PSL-Trzecia Droga.
– This is a procedure that mobilizes Zbigniew Ziobro to obey the law – says Witold Zembaczyński, member of the parliamentary investigative committee on Pegasus and MP from the Civic Coalition.

“I can't imagine that a prison ambulance will bring Minister Ziobro on a stretcher”
There is a request from the committee for the consent of the Sejm to detain and forcibly bring Zbigniew Ziobro. If the Sejm lifts his immunity, the investigative committee will be able to request the court to detain him and bring him to justice.
– He doesn't want to come voluntarily, he will come accompanied and accompanied by police officers – announces Tomasz Trela, vice-chairman of the parliamentary investigative committee on Pegasus, MP from the Left.
– I can't imagine that a prison ambulance would bring Minister Ziobro on a stretcher, because it would probably look like that. You must have no decency to even talk about such things – comments PiS MP Henryk Kowalczyk. – First of all, this commission is illegal – adds PiS MP Zbigniew Kuźmiuk.
Meanwhile, in October, a day after Zbigniew Ziobro failed to appear before the commission, he appeared at the prosecutor's office in Sieradz.
The District Court in Warsaw partially agreed to the request of the Pegasus investigative committee. The court imposed a fine on Zbigniew Ziobro in the amount of PLN 2,000 for “unjustified failure to appear on October 14.” The commission requested a fine of PLN 3,000.
– Mr. Ziobro has nothing to fear in the Pegasus case, just like in the Justice Fund scandal – says Marcin Bosacki, vice-chairman of the parliamentary investigative committee for Pegasua, PO MP.
Zbigniew Ziobro met Father Michał O many times.
The Justice Fund scandal is not only about the purchase of Pegasus. These are also new questions about Father Michał O. and the Profeto Foundation. The priest assured that he learned about the competition from an announcement. However, journalists from tvn24.pl and OKO.press revealed itthat before the competition was announced, the Profeto Foundation concluded a preliminary loan agreement with the Sacred Heart Order for PLN 3 million “in connection with efforts to enter the competition regarding the Media Center for Evangelization project.” Importantly, information about the competition appeared on the ministry's website only two days later.
Journalists also shed new light on the relationship between the priest and Zbigniew Ziobro. – The gentlemen had been dating since 2016. Only until the signing of this subsidy agreement, they met together at least 33 times – emphasizes Sebastian Klauziński, journalist of tvn24.pl.
– I am convinced that the highest authority is Zbigniew Ziobro. It was with him that Father O. discussed the strategy even before the competition took place – says Magdalena Sroka.
In total, there were more meetings. As journalists describe, Zbigniew Ziobro's diary, which was secured by the services, shows that he met Father O. at least 36 times.
