Bogdan Święczkowski about the “coup d'état”. One close associate of Ziobra notifies the other

In democracy, it is difficult to determine the government's actions more brutally than to call the prime minister, the Marshal of the Sejm and ministers an organized criminal group whose goal is the coup. And so Bogdan Święczkowski did, followed by Jarosław Kaczyński and the rest of PiS deputies.

– It is, ladies and gentlemen, a creeping, political coup – said Święczkowski. – Using the term coup in this wider sense is justified – said the president of Law and Justice Jarosław Kaczyński.

If the words about the coup d'état were to be taken seriously, then on Thursday in the Sejm the same opposition politicians would not have participated in voting, not even mentioning the case. And instead of subsequent conferences and meetings, scenes of strength to take over state institutions or a rebellious police or army would probably be shown.

– I understand that this is a revenge of a deep state from the time of Ziobra at the current coalition and this is, you know, so systemically simply disgusting – comments Szymon Hołownia, Marshal of the Sejm.

Allegations against the Polish government are made by Bogdan Święczkowski, today the president of the Constitutional Tribunal, elected by PiS. During the PiS rule – the national prosecutor and the closest associate of Zbigniew Ziobro for years.

– That those who try to change the system of the Commonwealth in Poland with violence and threatening in Poland, have criminal responsibility – says Święczkowski.

Some ministers reacted to the words of the President of the Constitutional Tribunal with laughter, the prime minister even recorded a film, but for some politicians of the government coalition of the Kaczyński duo – Święczkowski is a dangerous political game. It is an attempt to cause a crisis of democratically chosen power and to divert attention from the increasing scale of PiS government settlements.

– For me it's absolute madness, crazy. Święczkowski, who talks about the coup d'état, and should be tried to court for the actions he took together with Ziobra – believes Paweł Olszewski, MP of the Civic Coalition.

Bogdan Święczkowski did not inform about the crime of the prosecutor's office, but a specific deputy prosecutor general, i.e. Michał Ostrowski, whom Zbigniew Ziobro was filled with this position after October 15, i.e. after the election.

Meanwhile, Ostrowski could not start any investigation, because he did not transfer the case to register, although this is not the only obstacle.

– He could not conduct this procedure, because he was subject to exclusion on the basis of Article 40 Paragraph 1 of the Penal Code, because Mr. Prosecutor Ostrowski was the closest associate of Mr. Bogdan Święczkowski when he was the national prosecutor, and also has private relations with him – explains Anna Adamiak, spokeswoman Press Prosecutor General.

– Faithful soldiers of Zbigniew Ziobro, i.e. Bogdan Święczkowski and Mr. Michał Ostrowski, carry out very specific political tasks. I would like to emphasize that nothing will stop the prosecutor's office – comments Minister of Justice Adam Bodnar.

– Adam Bodnar participates in all this and if it comes to the trial someday, he will be one of the main accused – says Jarosław Kaczyński.

The case is also comments on Zbigniew Janas – an activist of the anti -communist opposition who was hiding from the then power during martial law. – The most important thing is that I see fear there.
