Częstochowa. Rape on two girls. The court did not arrest one of the suspects

The prosecutor's office in Częstochowa raised the rape and relieving of alcohol in Częstochowa two 23-year-olds. One of the men was temporarily arrested, the court applied police supervision to the other. Suspects are punishable by even a lifetime prison.

The incident was to take place on April 1 in the evening. A random witness noticed a running street in the Millennium district in Częstochowa, at tram tracks, incompletely dressed 13-year-old. The witness informed the police. After the case was dealt with by the prosecutor's office, it was established that the girl and her older friend were raped.

Allegations for 23-year-olds. One of them missed the arrest

The investigation into the commitment of sexual offenses to the detriment of minors under the age of 15 is conducted by the Częstochowa-Północ District Prosecutor's Office. – Last week, at the request of the prosecutor, the District Court in Częstochowa questioned a minor with the participation of an expert psychologist, after interrogating minor, the prosecutor charged in this investigation allegations of committing crimes to two men aged 23 years old. One of these men prosecutor accused the rape of a minor at the age of 13, and the other, a minor at the age of 14. In addition, the suspected prosecutor accused the piercing of these girls – informed prosecutor Tomasz Ozimek, spokesman for the District Prosecutor's Office in Częstochowa. He added that after hearing suspects, the prosecutor applied to the court for the application of detention on remand.

There is no arrest for one of the suspects

– The prosecutor motivated this conclusion with a strict punishment threatening suspects and a reasonable fear of mathematics on their part. The District Court in Częstochowa granted the prosecutor's request for one of the suspects and applied a temporary arrest against him for a period of three months, while in relation to the second of the suspect, the District Court applied police supervision combined with a ban on contacting the victims – Prosecutor Ozimek said. The prosecutor's office submitted to the decision of the District Court not to reside one of the 23-year-olds of a complaint to the District Court in Częstochowa. – The complaint of the prosecutor's office is to be considered on May 15 – said in an interview with tvn24.pl spokesman for the District Court in Częstochowa, judge Dominik Bogacz. He added that his defender also lodged a complaint about the court's decision, who detained the second 23-year-old. There is no date here when it is considered. Crime accused of both suspects by the prosecutor's office are punishable by 5 to 30 years in prison or a life imprisonment.
