Dead man in the apartment, allegations for his friend

A man died in one of the apartments in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki. Earlier he was beaten. Suspected of it, he escaped. He was detained in the neighboring poviat and arrested temporarily.

Last week, the on duty of the Nowodworska headquarters received a notification about the death of a man in one of the apartments in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki. On the spot, under the supervision of the prosecutor, an investigation group worked with a forensic technician. According to preliminary findings, alcohol was drunk in the apartment where the tragedy occurred, and injuries were visible on the body of the deceased.

The lead led to the neighboring poviat

– Policemen of the criminal department on the same day came up with a man who was related to the event. They determined that he was hiding in the neighboring poviat. On the selected property they noticed a 46-year-old. A resident of Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki was detained. He spent the night in police custody. He heard the allegation of causing severe damage to health, in the form of a real -life -threatening disease, the consequence of which was the death of the victim – informs comm. Arrest for a suspect

The District Court in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki accepted the prosecutor's request and applied a temporary detention to the suspect for three months. He has been punishable by imprisonment for five years to life imprisonment.

The investigation in this case is conducted under the supervision of the District Prosecutor's Office in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki.
