Synoptics of the Institute of Meteorology and Water Management issued first degree meteorological warnings on a three -stage, growing scale.
IMGW warnings – dense fog
Yellow alarms apply in the voivodships:
- Pomeranian;
- West Pomeranian;
- Lubuskiefor poviats located in the northern half of the region;
- Greater Polandin the northern poviats;
- Kuyavian-Pomeranian;
- Mazowieckiein poviats located in the north;
- Warmian-Masurian Voivodeshipexcluding poviats at the eastern ends;
- Podkarpackiein the following poviats: Mielec, Kolbuszów, Tarnobrzeg, Tarnobrzeg, Stalowa Wola, Niżańskie;
- Świętokrzyskieoutside Western poviats;
- Lesser Polandin the following poviats: Nowotarski, Nowy Sącz, Nowy SączGorlicki, Miechowski, Proszowicki, Olkusz, Kraków, Cracow.
In these regions, dense fogs are forecasted, within which visibility can be below 200 m.
The warnings will be up to 7 o'clock or 10 on Wednesday.

The first degree warning provides for conditions conducive to the occurrence of dangerous meteorological phenomena that can cause material losses and a threat to health and life.
