Developers' gross margins have never been so high, reported “Gazeta Wyborcza”. It added that on average they already exceed 30 percent, and in some investments they approach 50 percent. Customers are clamoring because they want cheaper apartments. Even the Financial Supervision Commission has warned developers that they have something to walk away from.
