Industrial production in October 2024 increased by 4.7 percent year-on-year, and compared to the previous month it increased by 10 percent – the Central Statistical Office (GUS) reported. This is much more than analysts predicted. “Industrial production was knocked out of its boots in October,” Pekao economists wrote in a commentary.
