The accident occurred on Friday after 10 p.m. in the town of Elżbietów in the Teresin commune. Sochaczew firefighters announced the details of the incident on social media.
“After arriving at the scene, it turned out that the passenger car had hit a tree and the driver remained inside with no vital signs. Using hydraulic tools, firefighters created access to the injured person, and after the man was evacuated, cardiopulmonary resuscitation was started together with the emergency medical team. After At that moment, circulation returned and the man was transported to hospital,” the District Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Sochaczew announced on Facebook.
As added in the entry, new information about the man's condition soon arrived from the hospital. “Despite the efforts of medical staff, the injured driver died,” firefighters reported.
Five fire brigades worked on site – three from the JRG in Sochaczew and firefighters from the Volunteer Fire Department in Szymanów and Budki Piaseckie, the police and the ambulance service. The police under the supervision of the prosecutor's office will investigate the circumstances of the accident.
